We have come a long way since I starting this group with PsycTint and Rina to do School Rumble Ni Gakki. We met and formed from a Diablo II forum that we used to frequent, d2jsp. From there, DeiLight joined us and became our translator. From there on, Harukalover joined shared his past fansubbing experiences with me and helped me shape Nuke Fansubs to how it operates today. However, real life has caught up to me since this group started. It was summer of freshman year in 2007 and a little after 4 years, I will be retiring. I’ll make a history page for anyone who wants to read it in the future.
Nuke Fansubs Founders:
- DeiLight – Thanks for keeping this group alive through the good and the bad. Without your excellent translations, this group would not have even started or gone as far as we have gone. I appreciate all your contributions to this group.
- Meltingice
- PsycTint – Thank you for timing the earlier episodes, bringing in our first translator, and for hosting our site. It was fun working with you.
- Rina – Thank you for your contributions to this group. I appreciate the fact that you learned how to typeset and karaoke despite joining as a translation checker. It was nice working with you
Translators:
- arsmagna – Thank you for your translations and contributions.
- Cairan – Our very first translation checker. Thank you for your translations and contributions.
- Finella – Thank you for your translations and contributions.
- Kulag – Thank you for your translations. You have perhaps translated our most interesting series that we’ve done.
- Silent_K – Thanks for picking up for us when we didn’t have anyone else to turn to for translations. I really appreciate your efforts and contributions to us. I hope you enjoy your stay in Japan, for however long that may be.
- Bananawaffles – Thank you for your consistent and prompt timing. I appreciate what you’ve done for the group.
- kusion – Thanks for your contributions. I am still upset that you are not a cushion.
- Kyuuzu - Thank you for your timing and contributions.
- Merines – My my, the person who took over all of my tasks whenever I was gone and picked up the tasks that I couldn’t find people to do… Editing, typesetting, styling text, styling songs, timing, QCing… Sometimes one of those tasks. Sometimes some of those tasks, and sometimes all of those tasks. Thank you very much for your hard work. Without your help, I may have exhausted myself sooner.
- qtipbrit - Thank you for your timing and contributions.
- \fake – Wow. This guy makes really flashy typesets for me to typeset. Really really flashy. Thanks a lot for your help. Without you, I would have had to {\an8} everything.
- Hero – Thank you for your typesetting and contributions.
- Kei_Striker – Thank you for your karaoke effects and contributions.
- Badskater – You are everywhere. I don’t know what I could have done without your help with acquiring raws, distrubtion, etc. Thank you very much for your help and contributions.
- Harukalover – Man, before you came along, I didn’t really know what to do… Thanks for teaching me how to encode and picking up tasks that no one could perform back in our early days. I appreciate it. Thank you for your efforts and contributions.
- Blacksheath – Our very most reliable QCer. You’ve been here since our Birdy days in 2009. Since you were so reliable, I’ve never had to recruit many QCers. Thank you very much for your work.
- Kruge - Thank you for your QCs and contributions.
- SSephirothT - Thank you for your QCs and contributions. You are certainly the person who I argued with the most over things yet perhaps the most careful person in our group. You will catch absolutely everything anyone does incorrectly in your over-9000 page QC reports.
- StrikersZ - Thank you for your QCs and contributions.
- Thank you to everyone who has seeded our release or hosted it on their bot!
